The project include
a plan of training the staff and partners to enhance
their skills and capabilities in their sectors to better
manage the project in its current and future phases.

we organized the training course of local staff
and partners
representatives
with corporation with Institute of Culture Affairs (ICA)

The training
is designed through results of many needs assessments
meetings with HLS partners to set up the future
strategy of the HLS according to its progress
in the last year and how to deal with Complaints
more effectively
The training program
was designed to cover the following subjects
Law no 4/1994
exploration with focus on citizen duties, rights
and penalties.
Telephone operation
ethics.
Excellence in
customer services.
Negotiation
and speaking skills strategies methodologies.
There
are a periodical meeting with the steering committee
to
discuss
the current situation of the HLS through an actual
statistics to state the short term plan for the
next period to reduce the bureaucracy to solve
the problems more faster and the major difficulties
that need to be resolved.
